2025 East Fall Forum and Training

Presentation Sign Up
We are seeking presentations for the upcoming East Tennessee Fall Forum. Presentation slots are usually 25 minutes with a 20-minute presentation and a 5-minute question-and-answer session. If you are interested in organizing a different type of session (panel discussion, lightning talks, etc), please contact the event organizers.

Keynote
Stacy Whaley, Director, Sevier County GIS
Stacy Whaley is the Director of Geographical Information Systems for Sevier County Government. She is a lifetime resident of Sevier County, TN, and is proud to call the Great Smoky Mountains her home. She has been in the field of GIS since 2009. She is currently the Chair of Sevier County's Local Emergency Planning Commission, Chair of Sevier County's Leadership Tomorrow, member of the Tennessee Geographical Information Council, and a 2018 ESRI Special Achievement in GIS award recipient.
